Some men are tempted to limit their fluid intake, to help alleviate painful feelings when they have to urinate, but this is a bad idea. From a physical point of view, regular exercise is a good way to maintain prostate health and keep your weight in the normal range. Obesity is the main factor in prostate irritation.
